Notes
The is a variant of the Miasmic Spear that can only be thrown. Deals poison damage on hit and has a 15% chance to apply a unique debuff to targets while dealing periodic poison damage. Excels when used against Fauna that have a weakness to poison. A list of Fauna that are weak to poison can be viewed here. When the Miasma modifier does proc, periodic poison damage is dealt to the target over the span of 10 seconds.
