The is a Workshop variant of the Cold Steel Spear that deals frost damage on hit and has a 15% chance to apply a unique debuff to targets while also dealing periodic frost damage. Although the modifier may have a low percent chance of proccing, the excels when used against Fauna that have a weakness to frost. A list of Fauna that are weak to frost can be viewed here.
